Emirates Airlines has announced it is to add an additional daily flight from Dubai to the Italian city of Milan, to commence from 1 January 2009. The airline currently operates 7 flights a week on the route.
EK 091 departs Dubai at 1600hrs to arrive in Milan at 1940hrs before returning at 2115hrs as EK 092 for a next day arrival at 0620hrs in Dubai. The new flights supplement the existing morning service and will be operated using a combination of Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 777 equipment in a 3-class configuration.
Emirates has been flying to Milan since 2000 and has flights to 20 other destinations across Europe. From its Dubai hub, the airlines connects passengers to over 100 destinations in 6 continents.
