British Airways To Fly London-Las Vegas

British Airways have announced it is to launch flights from its London-Heathrow base to Las Vegas later this year.


Flight BA 275 will operate daily, departing Heathrow’s Terminal 5 at 1530 hrs and arriving in Las Vegas at 1920 hrs. The return flight, BA 274, departs Las Vegas McCarran International Airport at 2120 hrs, landing in London at 1405 hrs the next day.


British Airways becomes the second British airline to operate in Las Vegas, following Virgin Atlantic’s London-Gatwick service. The airline will operate a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft configured in a 3-class layout with 36 seats in Club World, 24 seats in World Traveller Plus and 212 seats in World Traveller.


British Airways currently fly to 7 domestic and 143 international destinations in 69 countries. Las Vegas will be the airline’s 144th destination outside the UK and 18th in the USA, where it currently flies to major gateways such as Los Angeles, New York and Washington DC.
