Frasers Hospitality Opens Second Middle Eastern Property

Serviced residence operator Frasers Hospitality has announced the opening of its second property in the Middle East, the 180-key Fraser Suites Dubai. Located in the heart of Media City on Sheikh Zayed Road, the property occupies the top 23 floors of the mixed-use Sidra Tower development in close proximity to the international airport, business district and major shopping malls.

Each floor accomodates just 8 apartments to ensure privacy for guests while maintaining the residential ambience of a luxury condominium, coupled with views of iconic Dubai landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah. The fully-furnished apartments feature open plan living and dining rooms, comfortable bedrooms with in-room safe and workdesk, spacious marble bathrooms with Peter Thomas Roth amenities and a full-sized kitchen with laundry facilities. In apartment entertainment is provided by a 40-inch LCD television with DVD player, iPod docking station and high-speed internet access.

Guests will be able to enjoy the convenience of on-property recreational facilities, including a 25-meter outdoor swimming pool, children’s wading pool and sun deck, squash and tennis courts, 24-hour gymnasium, the Awazen Medical Spa and the Fraser Kid’s Club, while business travellers enjoy the support of a fully-equipped business center and meeting facilities at The Retreat. The property will also offer daily housekeeping, security, buffet breakfast and light meals at The Cafe, while the 24-hour reception and concierge team can arrange for restaurant bookings, private tours and other services.

Fraser Suites Dubai is the brand’s first property in the UAE and joins Bahrain’s Fraser Suites Seef Bahrain, which opened in March 2010, in the region. Singapore-based Frasers Hospitality is focusing on the Middle East to expand its global presence and complement its residences in China and the UK, the group’s 2 largest markets.
