Swissotel Launches Serviced Residences

Swissotel Hotels & Resorts has become the latest hotel operator to offer serviced residence accommodation with the launch of its first Swissotel Living concept. Located at the Swissotel The Bosphorus in Istanbul, the property features 63 exclusive units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom apartments, styled by interior designer Khuan Chew to reflect the latest trends in modern living.


The apartments enjoy views of the Bosphorus Strait separating Asia and Europe, with the trendy designs and colour schemes adding to the appeal. Well thought-out living spaces, exquisite bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens offer the ultimate in style and luxury, with state-of-the-art technology such as LCD televisions and home cinema systems promising convenience and entertainment for residents.


A communal lounge, rooftop swimming pool and spacious pool terrace are available for use by residents. In addition, they also have access to all dining, recreation and business facilities at Swissotel The Bosphorus, including the fashionable Gaja restaurant, spa treatments at the 4,000-square meter Amrita Spa & Wellness and the 24-hour business center.
