Oasia Hotel Brand Launches With Singapore Property

Singapore’s Far East Hospitality has grown its hotel portfolio with the new Oasia Hotels brand, which debuts with a flagship 428-room property in Singapore. Located in the Novena district, the hotel is adjacent to the Novena Specialist Centre and conveniently linked to the MRT urban rail system, with the rest of the island easily accessible via major expressways.

Japan’s Takashi Sugimoto of Super Potato, in collaboration with local architects Ong & Ong, designed the building’s unique glass facade and high-ceilinged lobby. Greenery and dark woods around the hotel reinforce the brand’s “oasis in Asia” theme, inspired by the self-renewing elements of nature.

The contemporary accommodations are elegantly furnished with refined Asian touches and designer fittings. Each guestroom and suite features luxury King-sized bedding, a spacious bathroom with rainforest shower and invigorating amenities, 40-inch flatscreen television, high-speed internet access, iPod docking station, workstation, minibar and coffee-/tea-making facilities. Guests staying in the Oasia Club Guestrooms and Suites will also enjoy complimentary access to The Living Room club lounge situated on the 22nd floor.

Oasia Hotel Singapore’s all-day dining restaurant, Zaffron, accommodates 120 guests comfortably as they dine on tantalising buffet spreads and delectable dishes from the a la carte menu. The hotel also presents a multitude of food & beverage outlets serving Chinese, Italian and Japanese cuisines.

220 square meters of meeting space await business travellers and meeting planners, with the thoughtfully-designed event space combining style with modern technology. For recreation, guests can head to The Oasis, a roof terrace retreat comprising bamboo gardens, cabanas, a 20-meter infinity pool and jacuzzi. A 24-hour fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment caters to guests seeking an energizing workout.

Oasia Hotel Singapore joins Far East Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels in Singapore, including the Orchard Parade Hotel, The Quincy Hotel, The Elizabeth Hotel, Albert Court Village Hotel, Changi Village Hotel and the Landmark Village Hotel. The group’s Hong Kong-based affiliate, Sino Group of Hotels, operates the award-winning The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel.
