Accor Adds Second MGallery Property In Bangkok

French hospitality giant Accor has opened a second property under its MGallery brand in Bangkok. Located on Langsuan Road near Lumpini Park, the new Hotel Muse Bangkok showcases a mix of European and Thai cultures. The property draws inspiration from the fin de siècle and Rama V eras in its architecture and design, evident from it’s 5-cupola roof and heritage interiors.

The 174 elegant accommodations juxtapose classic European interior design with intricate Asian motifs and are named after Buddhist cosmology. From the 39-square meter Jatu guestrooms to the 216-square meter Paranim Penthouse, guests can expect luxury bedding, spa-inspired bathrooms, flatscreen televisions, high-speed internet access, iPod docking stations, direct-dial telephone, workstation, in-room safe, minibar and coffee-/tea-making facilities.

Guests of Hotel Muse Bangkok will find a full range of distinctive food and beverage venues at the property. Su Tha Ros is a refined dining room combining Siamese charm with contemporary Gallic chic, while Le Salon’s pink walls and hardwood flooring hark back to the golden age of Europe where gourmet dishes await. The warm and relaxing ambience at Medici Kitchen & Bar is perfect for enjoying authentic Italian cuisine, followed by top-shelf spirits, wines and cigars at The Speakeasy. Guests by the hotel’s swimming pool will find comfort foods such as char-grilled Angus burgers, Thai dishes and smoothies at the Wet Bar.

For meetings and events, the hotel offers a choice of indoor and outdoor venues that can accommodate small parties, weddings and private banquets. An outdoor swimming pool and gymnasium provides recreation for guests amidst the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, while the hotel can arrange a game of golf and boat excursions.

Hotel Muse Bangkok joins its sister property Vie Hotel Bangkok in the Thai capital. The MGallery collection now comprises 15 distinct hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific region.
