Hawaiian Airlines To Launch Sapporo Flights

Hawaiian Airlines has announced plans to begin flights to Sapporo, its fourth destination in Japan. Beginning 1 November 2012, the airline will connect Honolulu to Hokkaido’s largest city 3 times a week using a 2-class Boeing 767-300ER jet.

Flight HA 441 will depart Honolulu International Airport at 1445 hrs every Tuesday, Thursday and Sarturday, arriving at New Chitose International Airport at 1900 hrs the next day. The return flight, HA 442, takes off from Sapporo at 2100 hrs for a same-day arrival at 0915 hrs into Honolulu.

Sapporo joins Fukuoka, Osaka and Tokyo as part of Hawaiian Airlines’ fast-growing Asian network. The new flights will also provide a new international link for the city, which is largely served by domestic and regional routes.
