Doubletree By Hilton Enters Japan

Hilton Worldwide has opened the new Doubletree by Hilton Naha on the resort island of Okinawa. Situated directly opposite the Asahibashi Station of the Okinawa City Monorail, the 227-room hotel is minutes away from the city’s entertainment, shopping and tourism districts, with attractions such as the 14th Century Shuri Castle within easy reach.

Guests are welcomed with the brand’s signature chocolate chip cookie to the elegant lobby, before continuing to the contemporary guestrooms and suites. The stylish accommodations are designed to meet the needs of the modern business or leisure traveller, featuring the Sweet Dreams by Doubletree bed, spacious bathroom, LCD television, complimentary high-speed internet access, spacious workdesk, minibar and coffee-maker. Guests staying in the hotel’s suites will also benefit from a separate kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer.

The Doubletree by Hilton Naha’s all-day dining restaurant, The Riverside, presents a sumptious breakfast spread to help guests start the day proper. An extensive a la carte menu is available for lunch, while dinners combine international cuisine with the best of Okinawan gastronomy.

Facilities at the hotel include a 40-square meter meeting room, catering to small events and intimate gatherings. For recreation, the nearby beach offers guests a spot of surfing during the summer months, while a salon, laundry and secure car park provides added convenience.

Doubletree by Hilton Naha continues the brand’s expansion in the Asia Pacific region. The hotel joins 9 other Hilton Worldwide properties, including the Conrad Tokyo, Hilton Tokyo, Hilton Tokyo Bay, Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport, Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa, Hilton Osaka, Hilton Niseko Village, Hilton Nagoya and Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, in Japan.
