Now Open: Tune Hotels London Paddington

Tune Hotels, the Malaysian budget hotel operator, has opened its newest property in London as the city gears up to host the Summer Olympic games. The 137-room Tune Hotels London Paddington is situated on Praed Street and is a few minutes walk from Paddington Station, benefiting from a direct connection to London (Heathrow) via the Heathrow Express.

Featuring a predominantly white colour palette, the no-frill guestrooms are furnished with comfortable double or twin beds, ensuite bathroom with power shower and electrical outlets. Like her sister hotels in Asia, flatscreen television programming, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, electronic safe and toiletries are available at an additional charge.

The lack of dining outlets at Tune Hotels London Paddington is mitigated by an array of bars and restaurants located nearby. Onsite facilities include 24-hour security, housekeeping and luggage storage.

Kuala Lumpur-based Tune Hotels will continue its London expansion with the opening of a fourth hotel, Tune Hotels Kings Cross, next month. The brand is also gearing up to debut in Australia, with a hotel near Melbourne’s central business district which it hopes to use as a springboard to Darwin, the Gold Coast, Perth and Sydney.
