Movenpick Opens New Ankara Hotel

Swiss hotel chain Movenpick has added its third property in Turkey, opening a new 176-room hotel in the country’s capital Ankara. Located in the city’s Sogutozu district, the Movenpick Hotel Ankara is a half-hour drive from the international airport and within walking distance from the Congresium International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Housed within a curved building reflecting the Turkish Nazar Boncugu amulet, the hotel features a stunning 12-storey central atrium complemented by a magnificent chandelier in the lobby constructed out of handmade crystal balls.
