Travellers to Beijing now have 2 additional accommodation options. Boutique brand Hotel Eclat and industry giant Hilton Worldwide have added to the Chinese capital’s hotel portfolio, opening their new developments this week.

Hotel Eclat Beijing

The upscale, 100-room Hotel Eclat Beijing welcomed its first guests on Monday. Part of the Parkview Green development in Chaoyang District, the hotel is 30 minutes from Capital International Airport and well-positioned for exploring the city’s historical and cultural sites. A haven for art lovers, more than 100 pieces of original artwork from greats including Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali, Pierre Matter, Chen Wen Ling, Gao Xiao Wu and Zou Liang are displayed in the public spaces and guestrooms.

Stylish guestrooms and suites are designed to meet the demands of the modern traveller. Each offers the brand’s “Eclat Essentials”, including luxury bedding, bathroom with separate bathtub and rainforest shower accompanied by Miller Harris amenities, oversized 3D flatscreen television with Blu-ray player, Bang & Olufsen sound system, complimentary high-speed internet access, massage chair, minibar, Illy capsule coffee and Revolution tea selection.

Guests also enjoy 24-hour access to the Eclat Lounge, a private space on the glass bridge of the hotel building offering an elaborate breakfast buffet, light refreshments and canapes throughout the day as well as a late night a la carte menu. Designer furniture and artwork in the Lobby Lounge create a unique environment for all-day dining and the hotel’s champagne afternoon tea.

A compact gymnasium with views of the atrium lets guests enjoy a workout any time of the day, while guests staying in the top-tier Deluxe Suites have the convenience of an indoor private pool. The hotel’s round-the-clock butler service can also facilitate requests ranging from meeting spaces to private art tours.

Hotel Eclat Beijing joins its award-winning sister property in Taipei. Both hotels are members of the exclusive Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
