American Airlines Connects Dallas/Fort Worth With Seoul

American Airlines has launched its new daily nonstop service between Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Seoul’s Incheon International Airport. The new service is operated as part of the airline’s joint business agreement with fellow Oneworld alliance member Japan Airlines and highlights a strategic push towards the Asia-Pacific region.

Flight AA 027 departs Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport daily at 1030 hrs and arrives in Seoul at 1500 hrs the next day. The return flight, AA 026, takes off from Incheon International Airport at 1700 hrs and lands back in Dallas at 1620 hrs the same day. The new route is operated with a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft, featuring 16 Flagship Suite seats in First Class that transform into full-flat beds with drop-down armrests.

American Airlines designed the inflight experience for the service with special attention to Korean culture. Flight attendants fluent in both English and Korean will be onboard to assist and serve passengers onboard and the aircraft will offer inflight entertainment at every seat, with Korean movies and pop music (K-Pop), Hollywood movies with Korean audio or subtitles and games.

Inflight meals feature a variety of traditional Korean and Asian options, including “Bibimbap”, “Kimchi Chicken”, “Korean Braised Pork Belly” and “Seafood Udon Noodles” in First and Business Class, while Main Cabin passengers may enjoy meals such as the “Chicken with Plum Sauce”. The popular Shin Ramen instant noodles will also be available as a snack option to all passengers.

On the ground at Incheon International Airport, American’s premium passengers will have access to Asiana Airlines’ award-winning concourse lounges, which offer an enhanced customer experience at the airport.
