Second Tower Opens At JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

The world’s tallest hotel, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, has opened its second tower. 294 new guestrooms bring the hotel’s total room count to 1,098 rooms and suites, which will further increase by the end of 2014 when the tower becomes fully operational.

Contemporary and spacious, the guestrooms and suites are luxuriously outfitted with top-quality bedding and marble bathrooms, 46-inch LCD televisions and high-speed internet access. 2 new bars, Kork and Velocity, build on the hotel’s already impressive portfolio of restaurants and lounges. Event planners will relish the 2-tier function space on the 72nd floor, offering not only a flexible meeting venue but also breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.

Located in the heart of Business Bay, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai resides in a prime location minutes from Dubai World Trade Centre, the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre and close to Dubai International Airport. Serving the business and leisure traveller, the iconic twin towers will eventually offer 1,608 guestrooms and suites, 9 diverse restaurants, 6 lounges, the world-class Saray Spa and 8,500sqm of event space when fully opened.
