Now Open: Regent Porto Montenegro

Regent Hotels & Resorts continues its brand resurgence with the opening of the Regent Porto Montenegro. The brand’s second European property is located within the Porto Montenegro marina development, where guests arrive in style by helicopter from Dubrovnik or Podgorica with breathtaking views of the Croatian and Montenegrin coastlines enroute.

Inspired by Renaissance Venice, design specialists ReardonSmith Architects incorporated Italian palazzo influences with nautical and local architecture to the waterfront hotel to evoke the feeling of being on a luxury ship. The 51 guestrooms and 35 suites offer breathtaking views of Boka Bay or the surrounding mountains and are beautifully-appointed with luxury bedding, a spacious bathroom with separate bathtub and rainforest shower, flatscreen television, complimentary Wi-Fi, workstation, minibar and coffee-/tea-making facilities.

Dining options at Regent Porto Montenegro offer seafront outdoor terraces, with The Dining Room featuring dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and Adriatic regions, crafted from the finest local and seasonal ingredients. The quintessential patisserie and delicatessen, The Gourmet Corner offers a variety of bakery items, chocolates and signature pizzas. Alternatively, The Library Bar and its centerpiece fire place serves the hotel’s signature afternoon tea, together with an extensive menu of the world’s finest cognacs, whiskeys and champagnes.

Framed by the superyachts moored at the marina, the hotel’s Ballroom is the perfect setting for wedding celebrations, product launches and meetings. Leisure guests will enjoy unspoilt views of the beautiful Boka Bay from the 20-metre outdoor swimming pool, while The Regent Spa offers rejuvenating therapies and wellness facilities including an indoor vitality pool, hammam, sauna, steam room, fully-equipped fitness centre and a juice bar for refreshments.

Regent Porto Montenegro joins a growing portfolio of luxury properties across Asia, the Americas and Europe for the brand, including hotels in Bali, Beijing, Berlin, Phuket, Singapore, Turk & Caicos and its flagship in Taipei.
